Delivery & Refunds

Returns

 

Goods can returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in the same condition you received them in. This means that if the item was sealed in shrink wrap, it must be returned to us still in its shrink wrap.

Please email meno.diary@gmail.com to let us know you’re returning your item. Items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back with us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returning items.

​

Please include either a copy of the original invoice we sent with your order or a note with the order number to help us find your order. Once we receive your item, you will be refunded via your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

​

We make sure every order is carefully wrapped, but unfortunately from time to time, things get damaged in the post. If there is something wrong with your order please let us know as soon as possible. Damages should be reported to us within 7 days, including photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packaging. We will then offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

​

Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to return it for a refund and make a new purchase.


 

Delivery / Shipping Policy

​

Delivery within the UK (mainland) may be free.

​

Areas that may incur an additional delivery charge:

​

  • UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.

  • Northern Ireland.

  • Parts of the Scottish Highlands.

  • Parts of Scotland.

  • Countries outside of the UK.

 

In the instance that the product carries any additional charge to be delivered, a member of our customer services team will contact you before the item is dispatched.

Many of our smaller products are dispatched via Royal Mail to the above areas and will still maintain the standard delivery status.

Royal Mail Delivery​

​

Some packages sent by Meno Diaries will be too large to fit through a letterbox (for example the Deluxe Book Gift Box). Somebody will therefore need to be present at the delivery address to take delivery of the order.

​

If delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and nobody is able to take the delivery, a card will be left and the package will be returned to the sorting office to await redelivery instructions or collection.

​

If the package is not redirected or collected within the allotted time the package will eventually be returned to our warehouse. In this case, a missed-delivery fee of £3.95 may be charged.
