Changed your mind? No problem! You’ve got 14 days from when your goodies land at your door to send them back to us. Just make sure everything is in its original condition, including any packaging (so if it’s shrink-wrapped, keep it sealed!).

Drop us a quick email at info@menodiaries.co.uk to let us know you’re returning something. Until it reaches us, the item is still your responsibility, so we highly recommend using a tracked and insured service. Unfortunately, unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are on you.

To make sure we can sort things out quickly, please pop in a copy of your original invoice or a note with your order number. Once we’ve got your return, we’ll refund you via your original payment method (minus any shipping costs).

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Oops! If something arrives damaged or faulty (we’re so sorry!), let us know within 7 days. Send us an email with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging at info@menodiaries.co.uk. We’ll sort you out with either a replacement or a full refund – your choice!

Don’t worry, this doesn’t affect your statutory rights. You’ve got 30 days from receiving your item to claim a refund or replacement for anything faulty.

Got the wrong item or size? While we can’t offer direct exchanges, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for what you need.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

Looking to get your order ASAP? We’ve got you covered! For orders over £35, delivery within mainland UK is on us! If your order doesn’t quite hit the £35 mark, don’t worry, a small delivery fee may apply. For those of you in the UK islands, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or overseas, additional delivery charges may apply – but we’ll always let you know before we ship.

Royal Mail Delivery

​

Some of our packages (like the Deluxe Book Gift Box) are too big to squeeze through your letterbox. If no one’s in when Royal Mail tries to deliver, they’ll leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local sorting office.

Forgot to pick up your parcel? If it gets returned to us, we’ll have to charge a missed-delivery fee of £3.95.
